The Technology Portfolio

NSF SBIR Phase I Lead Technology

Bio-Loom: Direct-Draw Biomanufacturing

An automated biomanufacturing platform engineered to replace the 60-hour manual hand-tying process of medical cranial prosthetics. The Bio-Loom utilizes a custom, pulse-free progressive cavity pump to micro-extrude 'RegeneraLock'—a non-Newtonian, shear-thinning bio-ink composed of hydrolyzed alpha-keratin. By synchronizing the volumetric flow rate with a closed-loop CoreXY gantry and a 405nm UV toroidal LED ring, the system draws continuous 60-120 μm biological fibers, achieving immediate spatiotemporal photopolymerization upon the substrate.

Automated Cabinet-Integrated Culinary System

A residential robotic food preparation system engineered to fit within standard 24-inch deep base cabinets. The system utilizes a dual-module architecture: Unit 1 features a compact UR3e manipulator with a soft pneumatic gripper for low-payload tasks, while Unit 2 houses a heavy-duty UR7e arm for high-thermal-mass cooking. The system integrates a Hybrid Ingredient Management System (HIMS) using twin-screw micro-feeders for powders and peristaltic pumps for fluids to ensure hygienic dosing. The core features a multi-zone processing chamber utilizing 485°F superheated steam to trigger the Maillard reaction without drying out food. The entire system operates under strict ISO 13482 safety standards for personal care robots.

Vertical Megaspine Subsea Habitat

A modular, permanently occupied subsea community architecture filed in August 2026. The Vertical Megaspine utilizes a central structural column carrying stacked radial residential tiers. Unlike traditional monolithic domes, each habitat pod is individually pressure-isolated. The spine integrates automated benthic suction-caisson foundations that house high-pressure hydrogen energy storage, drawing from wave-driven hydrokinetic turbines to close the energy balance.

Advanced Energetics: Superconducting Field Cassettes

A breakthrough in electromagnetic levitation architecture. Instead of hardwired, massive cooling arrays, this system utilizes removable, cryogenic electroactive superconducting field cassettes. These self-contained superconducting "pucks" maintain their critical temperature internally, allowing them to be slotted into transit vehicles or sled platforms to achieve stable quantum locking over magnetic tracks without continuous onboard cryocooling power.

Frozen Core Quantum Authentication

A nationalized zero-trust cryptographic architecture filed in February 2026. Designed to secure critical infrastructure and digital voting networks, the Frozen Core protocol leverages ElGamal encryption paired with Chaum-Pedersen proofs. The system is engineered to integrate with QAOA/VQE quantum optimization algorithms, rendering network access mathematically impenetrable to classical brute-force decryption.

Acoustic Zinc-Silica Nanomedicine

A paradigm shift from cancer elimination to 'Cancer Reclamation,' aimed at reprogramming malignant cells into stable tissue while preserving telomeric potential. The system utilizes an Acoustically-Actuated Nanodevice (AAN) featuring a large-pore mesoporous silica core loaded with a CRISPR-Cas9 Prime Editor and differentiation factors. The pores are capped with 3-5 nm piezoelectric Zinc Oxide Quantum Dots. Upon stimulation by a 1.5 MHz focused ultrasound 'Audio Enclave,' the ZnO caps generate a piezoelectric potential to release the payload while delivering intracellular zinc to stabilize mutant p53. A secondary acoustic enclave targets calcite microcrystals in the pineal gland to release melatonin, providing systemic neuro-endocrine support during cellular reprogramming.
